Dana Segal (Proof reader, mistake maker, contextualizer, wordsmith)

A ‘sort of’ theatre-maker with six shows under her belt, including two Edinburgh Fringe shows (2011 & 2012). She graduated from Brunel University with a First Class Honours in Theatre, and went on to establish Organised Crime Theatre Company and FatLip Productions. She currently works at Cockpit Arts in London

Joni-Rae Carrack (Worrier, physical material bringer, waffler)

A ‘sort of’ professional puppeteer who discovered puppetry’s potential in devised contemporary theatre while studying at Brunel University, where she graduated with a 1st. She is particularly enthusiastic with puppetry’s potential to be used to explore serious, social and biographical issues in a sincere way.

She has previously puppeteered with Puppet (R)Evolution in their critically acclaimed Hooray For Hollywood at the World Puppetry Festival in Charleville, Francethe Puppet Centre Trust’s  ’Puppetry In Opera’ at the Barbican Pit Theatre last November. She has recently been exploring the link between mental health and puppetry.

She is currently studying for an MA in Advance Theatre Practice at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Phil Maguire (Sound Weaver) Composer for Buttons

A ‘sort-of’ experimental musician and photographer researching audio/visual composition & performance at Sound•Music•Image Research Centre (SMI/rc), University of Huddersfield. He is interested in textural sounds found on guitars, homemade electronic instruments, and field recordings, and how electronics can further augment these sounds.
